What types of massage do you offer?
Four signature styles, two specialty treatments with a second therapist, and four add-ons that extend any session.
Signature covers Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and the Element Massage. All four are priced the same and run the same lengths. What changes is technique, not cost.
Specialty covers couples massage, which is two people in one private room, and four hands, which is two therapists working on one person.
Which massage should you book?
Start with what brought you in.
If you are stressed rather than physically tight, book Swedish. If you have specific areas that will not release, book deep tissue. If the soreness came from training, book sports massage. If you want the whole body handled and you are not sure where the problem is, book the Element Massage, which moves between styles as your therapist finds what is needed.
For a first visit, the Element Massage is the safest choice.
How long should your massage be?
Sixty minutes covers one or two areas properly. Ninety covers the full body with real depth. Two hours is for when you want everything addressed without rushing.
The most common mistake we see is booking sixty minutes and asking for full body deep tissue. That leaves your therapist about seven minutes per region, which is not enough to do meaningful work anywhere.
What is the difference between Swedish, deep tissue and sports massage?
Pressure and intent.
Swedish stays light to medium and covers the whole body for relaxation. Deep tissue uses firm, sustained pressure on specific areas to work through tension. Sports massage uses similar pressure to deep tissue but adds stretching and movement, organized around the muscle groups your activity loads.
Swedish is for stress. Deep tissue is for knots. Sports is for training.
What can you add to a massage?
Assisted stretching at 40,000 COP, aromatherapy at 20,000, hot stones or cupping at 50,000, foot massage at 50,000, CBD muscle relief at 60,000, and a blue mineral clay mask at 60,000.
Hot stones and the mineral bath both warm the tissue before deeper work, which makes firm pressure more comfortable. Cold plunge afterward extends the recovery effect.
How much does a massage cost in El Poblado?
Ours start at 180,000 COP for 60 minutes and go to 580,000 for two hours with two therapists. Add-ons are priced separately and optional.
The number you are quoted is the number you pay. Full pricing for every treatment is on the menu.
Who should not book a massage?
Most people can. If you have a blood clotting condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from a recent injury or surgery, talk to your doctor first. Tell us about any medical conditions when you arrive so your therapist can adjust the treatment or avoid an area.
