Element Wellness Center is a massage and recovery studio in El Poblado, Medellín. We are on Carrera 39, a few minutes from Parque Lleras, open every day from 9am to 9pm.
The space has private treatment rooms, a cold plunge, a hot mineral bath, and a recovery area. You can book a single massage or build a longer session across several treatments.
What treatments does Element Wellness Center offer?
We work across three areas.
Massage therapy covers six styles, from light Swedish work to deep tissue and sports treatment. Sessions run 60, 90, or 120 minutes with a licensed therapist in a private room.
Recovery treatments work on circulation and inflammation rather than muscle tension. Compression boots and oxygen therapy can be booked on their own or added to a massage.
Water therapy includes our cold plunge, hot mineral bath, and the contrast circuit that moves between them.
Which massage should you book?
If it is your first visit, book the Element Massage. It blends Swedish and deep tissue and gets adjusted to what your body needs that day, so you do not have to know in advance where your tension is.
If you want relaxation without deep pressure, book Swedish. If you have specific tight areas, book deep tissue. If you train and you are recovering from it, book sports massage.
For two people, we offer couples massage with two therapists in a private room, and four hands massage with two therapists working on one person.
Where is Element Wellness Center in Medellín?
We are at Cra. 39 #8-48 in El Poblado, on the ground floor with our sign visible from the street. The walk from Parque Lleras takes about five minutes, and we are close to Provenza and the surrounding restaurant blocks.
There is no on-site parking, but there are paid garages and lots nearby as well as paid street parking. Full directions are on our location page.
Do you need a reservation?
Reservations are recommended but not required. Evenings and weekends fill up, and treatments like couples massage and four hands need two therapists available at the same time.

How much does a massage cost in El Poblado?
Our signature massages start at 180,000 COP for 60 minutes. Specialty treatments with two therapists start at 360,000 COP. Water therapy sessions start at 50,000 COP.
