Coming from Parque Lleras, walk south on Carrera 39. We are about five minutes on foot, on the ground floor with our sign visible from the street.

If you are taking a taxi or Uber, give the driver the address as Carrera 39 número 8-48, Poblado.

Where is Element Wellness Center located?

We are at Cra. 39 #8-48 in El Poblado, Medellín. The entrance is at ground level and our sign is visible from the street, so you will not need to look for a building number.

Is there parking nearby?

We do not have on-site parking. There are paid parking garages and lots nearby, and paid street parking on Carrera 39 and the surrounding blocks. Street parking fills up in the evenings. Many guests take a taxi or Uber, or walk from elsewhere in El Poblado.

What areas of Medellín do you serve?

We are in El Poblado, on Carrera 39 between Parque Lleras and Provenza. Most of our guests walk from nearby, including Manila, Astorga, Patio Bonito and Castropol. We also see guests from Las Lomas, Los Balsos, Santa Fé and Ciudad del Río, all of which are a short drive away. If you are coming from further out, evenings and weekends are the busiest times on the roads into Poblado, so allow extra time.

Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are not required, but they are recommended. Evenings and weekends fill up, and some treatments need a room prepared in advance. You can book over WhatsApp at +57 322 5733013 and we will confirm your time.

What are your hours?

We are open seven days a week from 9am to 9pm, including holidays. The last appointment starts at 8pm.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and contactless payments, Zelle, and Bancolombia transfers. Promotional packages are paid in full before service.
