ELEMENT MASSAGE

The Element Massage

The Element Massage is our signature treatment. It blends Swedish and deep tissue in one session and gets adjusted to what your body needs on the day rather than following a fixed structure.

If you are not sure which massage to book, book this one. Sessions run 60, 90, or 120 minutes in a private room with a licensed therapist.

Element Massage

60 minutes: 180,000 COP

90 minutes: 240,000 COP

120 minutes: 290,000 COP

What is the Element Massage?

It is a custom session rather than a fixed style. Your therapist starts with Swedish technique to warm the tissue, then moves into deeper work on the areas that need it, and returns to lighter pressure to finish. Where the deep work happens depends on your body that day, which is the point of the treatment.

How is it different from a Swedish or deep tissue massage?

Swedish stays light across the whole body. Deep tissue stays firm on specific areas. The Element Massage moves between the two within one session. You get the relaxation of a full body treatment and focused work on the areas carrying the most tension, without having to choose between them.

Who is the Element Massage for?

Guests who want more than a relaxation massage but do not want ninety minutes of deep pressure. It is also the right choice if you are not sure where your tension actually is, since your therapist finds it during the session.

How does the therapist decide what to focus on?

By asking you at the start and by what they find during the session. Tell them what has been bothering you and how much pressure you like. They adjust from there. You can also redirect the session while it is happening. Saying you want more time on your shoulders is normal and expected.

How long should an Element Massage be?

Ninety minutes is the version we recommend. It gives your therapist enough time to warm the full body and still do meaningful deep work. Sixty is enough if you have one or two areas in mind. Two hours is for when you want the whole body addressed thoroughly.

What can you add to an Element Massage?

Stretching at 40,000 COP pairs well and extends the range of motion work. Hot stones at 50,000 COP suit the warming portion of the session. Cold plunge or the mineral bath afterward extends the recovery effect.

Who should avoid the Element Massage?

Because the session includes deep pressure, the same considerations apply as with deep tissue. If you have a blood clotting condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from a recent injury or surgery, talk to your doctor before booking. Let us know about any medical conditions when you arrive so your therapist can adjust the treatment.
