What is included in the Premium Wellness Package?
Five treatments in one visit.
A signature massage with hot stones, either 60 or 90 minutes. Thirty minutes of hot mineral water and cold water immersion. Compression boot therapy. Oxygen therapy. And a blue clay exfoliating mask.
You choose the massage style. Deep tissue for chronic tightness, sports massage if you train, Swedish if it is stress rather than tension, or the Element Massage if you are not sure.
How long does the package take?
Allow around three hours with the 60 minute massage, or three and a half with the 90 minute version. That covers the treatments plus changing and moving between stages.
It is an afternoon, not an errand. Book it when you are not rushing somewhere afterward.
What order do the treatments go in?
Heat first, hands second, recovery third.
The hot stones and the warm water prepare the tissue so the massage reaches further with less discomfort. The contrast immersion follows the massage and moves what it released. Compression boots and oxygen therapy run together at the end while you rest.
The clay mask goes on during the recovery portion.
How much does the package cost?
320,000 COP with a 60 minute massage, or 380,000 COP with a 90 minute massage.
Ninety minutes is worth the difference if you have specific areas that need real work. Sixty is enough if the massage is one part of the visit rather than the main event.
